A senior cybersecurity executive and retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, Mr. Fowler brings more than 25 years of IT and cyberspace operations experience.
He served in key leadership positions at NORAD and USNORTHCOM, US Army Cyber Command, and the Cyber National Mission Force, including as Senior Enlisted Leader for Cyberspace Operations – Integrated Planning Element (CO-IPE), coordinating joint cyber planning at the Combatant Command level.
